Consignors

Thank you for trusting us to find new homes for your prized possessions. You will receive email updates when items sell. You can also check the status of any of your items by logging into our consignment system via this link:

Consignment proceeds are paid out by check every Tuesday, for any items that have cleared an appropriate return period.

Stuff Buyers Might Like to Know:

Shipping:

Unless we've listed an item for Local Pickup or Flat Rate shipping, the shipping cost for each item can be found by adding an item to your shopping cart, and entering your ZIP code into the shipping calculator. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Buyer pays ALL shipping and handling expenses as declared in each listing. We typically pick the carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment. If you need shipping of a particular type (e.g. no USPS or Local Pickup), please contact us so we can adjust invoicing accordingly. Please note that we can not ship FedEx to P.O. Boxes.

LOCAL PICK-UP: If you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store in Ann Arbor, Michigan, please contact us and we will send a revised invoice with shipping charges removed. Unless prior arrangements are made, local pick-up merchandise MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 days of purchase/payment, or it will be considered abandoned. Under all circumstances, items left over 90 days will be considered abandoned.

Returns:

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. Unless the item is listed AS-IS (i.e. not returnable), please CONTACT US WITHIN OUR 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD with any issues or concerns so that we may attempt to resolve the problem. We will work with you to arrange item repair or return, and ensure that you are 100% happy with your transaction with us. All items must be returned in the same condition we shipped them, including accessories and packaging, or a restocking fee may be assessed. If we do not hear from you within 30 days from item delivery, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

Legal (boring, but important):

ENCORE ONLINE RESALE IS NOT THE OWNER OR SELLER OF THESE GOODS, BUT MERELY A BAILEE ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SELLER TO FACILITATE THE SALE OF THE GOODS BY HOLDING THE GOODS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A SALE IS COMPLETED AND THE GOODS ARE SHIPPED TO THE BUYER.
